The Cerro del Hierro is a hill and natural monument in the north of the province of Seville, at 689 metres of altitude and about 5 kilometres south of San Nicolás del Puerto, by the road to Constantina, inside the Sierra Norte de Sevilla Natural Park. The Junta de Andalucía declared it a natural monument on 1 October 2003, with 121.65 hectares.

It is a karst zone of iron-rich Cambrian limestone, worked as a mine from Roman times until the middle of the 20th century; between 1895 and 1932, 7.63 million tonnes were extracted. Cork oaks, Portuguese oaks and Pyrenean oaks grow here, and the eagle owl and the black stork live here.

Today hiking and climbing are practised here.
