Rincón del Sibarita is a luxury and high-end directory for Spain and the Canary Islands, founded in 2026 by the Rincón del Sibarita editorial team. We select editorially, and an establishment can claim its listing. Not every place is here. That is why the ones that are matter.

What Rincón del Sibarita is

We bring together the finest establishments in six fields: gastronomy, travel and hotels, fashion, jewellery and watchmaking, wellbeing and experiences, plus a selection of charming places across Spain. We are present across Spain, including Ceuta and Melilla. Every establishment in the directory has been selected by our editorial team, and its owner can claim the listing to manage it.

It is not a review site. There are no ratings, rankings or advertisements here: only a selection of places that represent the very best of their craft.

Admission criteria

Every application is reviewed individually. We look at four things:

Excellence

The quality of the product or service, above the average of its sector and sustained over time.

Exclusivity

A distinctive, recognisable offering that cannot be found just anywhere.

Reputation

The establishment’s track record and the regard of its clients and its sector.

Attention to detail

Customer care, the space and the way things are done, at every moment.

Admission is free. It is granted, not bought.

Who is behind it

Rincón del Sibarita was founded in 2026 by the Rincón del Sibarita editorial team. If you own an establishment, you can claim its listing to manage it and add your own images and description, or request its removal, by writing to info@rincondelsibarita.com.

How to apply

The person in charge of the establishment completes the application form. We review it against these criteria and communicate our decision by email. If the application is accepted, the establishment’s listing is published in the directory.
