Señorío de Bértiz Natural Park has 2,040 hectares and lies in the northwest of Navarre, in the municipality of Bértiz-Arana, with access from Oieregi and Oronoz-Mugairi. It was declared a natural park on 25 March 1984.
Its forest is Atlantic, with beech, oak and alder woods, and deer, roe deer, wild boar and birds of the Atlantic forest live there. In Oieregi, on the banks of the Bidasoa, are the palace and the botanical garden, of 3.4 hectares.
The manor house was built in 1847 and the estate was donated to the Foral Community of Navarre in 1949. A forest track leads to the abandoned chalet on Mount Aizkolegi.
