The Foz de Lumbier is in eastern Navarre, next to the town of Lumbier, 35 kilometres from Pamplona. It is a canyon carved by the river Irati in the limestone near the Sierra de Leyre, a little over a kilometre long and with an area of 0.36 km².

It is a nature reserve, created to protect a colony of raptors in which the griffon vulture and the Egyptian vulture live.
