The Bolonia dune is a sand dune more than 30 metres high, northwest of the Bolonia bay, towards Punta Camarinal, on the Atlantic coast of Cádiz. It was declared a natural monument in 2001, covers 13.17 hectares and is managed by the Junta de Andalucía.
It is an accumulation of sand formed by the prevailing easterly winds, which stops when it meets the end of the bay, where there is a small rocky base and pine woods with undergrowth. It is about 500 metres wide. A spectacle of white sand falling straight into the sea.
